Pricing terms
These terms explain how character quota is measured, current list prices, and how mock vs real payments work. Purchase means you accept these terms.
Billing unit
“Characters” means characters in your draft input (including spaces and punctuation). After each successful polish or rewrite, we deduct that draft’s length from remaining quota — unrelated to model tokens or output length.
Example: a 500-character draft that succeeds costs 500 characters.
Free allowance
Free tier grants 1,000 characters per day, starting from the first request and expiring after 24 hours. Quota is tied to your browser visitor session; clearing cookies or site data may reset the session.
Character packs
Current PayPal list prices (USD): $4.99 / 20,000 chars; $9.99 / 50,000 chars; $24.99 / 150,000 chars. After purchase, credits go to your paid balance and deduct by English draft character length.
Payment & fulfillment
Some environments still expose “mock pay” for integration testing only — it is not a real transaction. When mock pay is disabled in production, quota must be granted through the operator’s real payment channel. Unpaid mock success does not create a purchase claim.
If fulfillment is delayed, email Support with approximate time and what you attempted.
Refunds & changes
Digital quota that has been credited and used for generation is generally non-refundable. For duplicate charges or clear system errors, email us within 7 days for review.
We may change prices, packs, or rules; updates appear on this page. Unused purchased quota usually remains valid under the rules at purchase unless law requires otherwise.
