The Service
The Service provides AI-assisted English marketing copy polishing for founders and indie hackers. Core features may be used without creating an account. Paid character packs and related billing are offered subject to availability and the pricing terms shown in-product.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt to abuse quotas, reverse-engineer systems, interfere with other users, or use outputs for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing purposes. We may suspend access for abuse or risk to the Service.
AI outputs & responsibility
AI-generated copy is provided as-is for drafting assistance. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content. We do not guarantee rankings, conversions, or fitness for a particular marketing outcome.
Billing & refunds
Paid credits are generally non-transferable. Unused paid credits may be eligible for refund review within the stated guarantee window when technical issues cannot be resolved; credits already consumed by the AI engine are typically non-refundable due to compute costs. Contact support with your PayPal Order ID if credits fail to apply.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date on this page controls. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
